Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50. To avoid this charge, please contact your therapist at least 24 hours in advance. While we will make every effort to fill the appointment time, the fee may still apply if the space cannot be filled.

Gift Cards

Gift cards must be redeemed for the full value of the service purchased and cannot be divided among multiple services or appointments. Gift cards must be presented at checkout at the time of service.

Pricing

Prices listed on the SeaZens Wellness website supersede any pricing displayed in printed materials, advertisements, or promotions. Seazens Wellness, LLC reserves the right to update pricing at any time. 

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the originally scheduled service, and service time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. We kindly ask clients to arrive 5-10 minutes early and be ready to begin their service at the scheduled appointment time.
